Bad Customer service

onMy 2022, Jeep Grand Cherokee L with 3,500 miles just stopped working and it was in the shop for two months. It was hard to get someone on the phone when I called for the status. I had to go there and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. I got corporate involved and they wasn't much help. I like the vehicle but customer service is bad and I will never purchase another Jeep. My wife and I both own new Jeeps so you lost a loyal customer.
