Went in for navigator screen delaminating. I had read and heard from other owners experiencing the same. My Jeep being 3 years old but with only 20k miles I thought it was out of warranty. Came in expecting a high estimate to get it fixed. To my surprise and the dealers honesty. They informed me to my surprise that I still had 2 months left on my warranty. From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness and greetings from all employees that walked by me. They made me feel comfortable and that they were all caring people wanting for me to have a great experience when coming in for service. Service advisor Beatriz Perez was outstanding. Told me part was on back order and no eta but assured me that it would be ordered and gave me manufacturer phone to call and keep track of order status. I was very satisfied with treatment. The facility was very clean and orderly, the lounge chair is made out of lounge was comfortable with courtesy coffee and refreshments. I would definitely return for service. Great job to entire staff.
