Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. Took them 3 hrs and 7 minutes to perform this service. A few hours later I looked at my tires and realized that they were not rotated. Left a voice message at the Service Department but never received a call back. This is the 2nd time in the last 7 months that I paid for tire rotation and it was not done. Not a good feeling to wait over 3 hrs to learn later that one of the 2 services was not done.
