Service not great
by Bronco Owner on 07/24/2023Our check engine light on our brand new Bronco came on and when we called we were told to bring it right over because they considered this and emergency. We brought the vehicle over and they said to leave it and they would get to it with in… 3 days. 4 days went by and they still hadn't looked at the vehicle. We said we needed our vehicle back and within an hour they looked at it and supposedly determined the issue. They ordered the part (a whole different story) and once they received it we dropped the vehicle off for repairs. After receiving the vehicle, 2 days later the check engine light came back on. We have taken the vehicle to a different dealership for warranty repairs and will not be returning to this AutoNation location for any future repairs or business.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Disappointed

I would have easily given this review 5 stars in all categories except AutoNation Littleton did not have a second key fob for the car I purchased, and they refused to pay the… $193.00 it cost me to purchase a second fob myself. When I think about the amount of money this dealership rakes in a year, it is baffling to me that they wouldn't pay $193.00 to have a second key fob made. This would have been the right thing to do in order to make my complete purchasing experience great. To the dealership, this is a small amount of money. I was told my request for a second key fob to be paid for by the dealership went all the way to the corporate office, and my request was denied by the corporate office.Hi, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case. A rough start but a smooth ride
by Netgnome Dad on 07/05/2023I purchased a used car, and a "top of the line" extended warranty, knowing that I could get service at any Autonation service shop at least while the warranty was in effect. It was a rare smart move on my part...as I tend to buy warranties… and not need them or not buy them and regret it. In this case, having the warranty paid off as I brought in the car with a host of issues that were individually minor, but collectively could have cost thousands more in the long run. The staff have always been friendly and taken the time to listen to my concerns, and interpret my non-mechanic-speak into actionable research and repair. The actual repairs did take quite a bit longer than the initial estimates, partially due to the warranty process and the shipment of parts as well as the volume of other repairs in progress. We had some issues at the beginning of the process with ETR and keeping informed of progress...but the general manager and the service manager reached out to me personally, listened to my frustrations, shared their concerns, and smoothed my ruffled feathers. In the end, while I was frustrated with how long the car was in the shop, the quality of the work was excellent and I couldn't be happier with my choice of car and dealership.Hello, thank you for your positive review. Oil change and tire rotation

As they were taking my vehicle back they noticed a screw and asked if I would like it removed, I said yes but turned out it wasn’t penetrating though so they didn’t… charge me instead of taking advantage and adding more money to the bill. by Veganish1 on 06/21/2023Worse service associate I’ve ever had from any Ford in 20 years and 5 vehicles with them, and this person was suppose to be an assistant manager. He intentionally sent me an invoice for 9k for things I didn’t ask to have done. I really… considered calling and requesting that a regional manager pull the video from the date I dropped it off. I paid 2300 for a piece to my driver seat to be repaired. (Not the whole seat) just a rail. When I got back to ford to pick up my vehicle, he’d switched to the things I’d actually requested to have done, and everything in the emailed one that wasn’t requested had been removed. Horrible. Battery replacement
