onWorse service associate I’ve ever had from any Ford in 20 years and 5 vehicles with them, and this person was suppose to be an assistant manager. He intentionally sent me an invoice for 9k for things I didn’t ask to have done. I really considered calling and requesting that a regional manager pull the video from the date I dropped it off. I paid 2300 for a piece to my driver seat to be repaired. (Not the whole seat) just a rail. When I got back to ford to pick up my vehicle, he’d switched to the things I’d actually requested to have done, and everything in the emailed one that wasn’t requested had been removed. Horrible. Never go to Ford Littleton!
