Oil change and tire rotation

I was able to quickly get scheduled for an oul change and tire rotation. As they were taking my vehicle back they noticed a screw and asked if I would like it removed, I said yes but turned out it wasn’t penetrating though so they didn’t charge me instead of taking advantage and adding more money to the bill. Much appreciated!
