  • Oil Change - Maintenance Plan

    Oil Change: Tried to make an appointment on line but, although it seemed to be made, the time was never locked in. Went in at 10am for a oil change and was told that they should be able to get it done by the end of the day. Received a cal at 4:45 and was told that they would need more time and would have it done 1st thing in the morning. Noon the next day it was finally done. I wish this was a one off with Ford dealerships, but I have yet to find one whose maintenance department is timely, but having a Maintenance Plan you are stuck.

  • Oil change appointment

    Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Usually have to wait up to 90 minutes, but this time 3 workers decided to not show up. Turned into 150 minutes wait. But, service writer let me know there would be a delay, and checked-back with me periodically, as I was in the waiting area. He offered that there were a couple places nearby where people would go to wait, and get some refreshments. They did give me a credit, due to the wait.

    I dropped off my car the night before. Got a call first thing in the morning for service maintenance and recalls . He explained thoroughly and the checked warranty to see if issue would be covered. Appreciate the thoroughness to get care taken care .

  • Suspicious finance procedures

    Finance person failed to provide any signed paperwork to us as we left the dealership and when asked about it , he said it was being emailed to us and that the bank would give us a welcome packet in 2-3 weeks. We had reached out to him several times to get , not the welcome packet, but the copies of the contract, bill of sale, gap insurance , promise to provide paperwork, and any of the other paperwork we signed the night of purchase on 2-21-23. It is now 3-17-23 and after speaking to him again, he guaranteed that we would be getting something from him no later that today via fed ex. And still we have nothing . This causes some suspicion and confusion , because any other time we have purchased a vehicle, we are always given a folder/packet with all of our copies of signed paperwork. We purchased the vehicle with a sticker price of 55,580 and signed paperwork with total cost of 60,000 and when we were notified by the bank of loan amount it was now over 66,000. Which is one of the reasons he should have provided us with the signed contract so we could have it , to question where the extra 6,000 we are getting charged came from. Not happy with the way we were treated by Charlie Madnikoff at this location of AutoNation. I feel he needed to be more clear and prompt in handling this matter. Which by the way is still left unresolved.

  • Oil Change

    I had an appointment for an oil change. It took about two and half hours for my truck to be ready. I made my appointment for 8am when the service department opened so I could get in and out quickly. But this didn’t happen. They also didn’t give me a new mileage sticker to know my next oil change.

    I recently had my 2018 Ford truck in for service and a recall fix. The service I received was excellent. The service advisor John was fantastic with Keeping me up-to-date On the progress of the repairs. I would highly recommend this dealership and John for the service advisor for any Vehicle service needs.

  • 3 hour oil change - no oil rotation

    I pre-scheduled a time to get my 2nd oil change service on my bronco. When I arrived I was planning on just waiting for the oil change to be completed but was told it would take 2 hours. I waited 2 hours and then was told they still hadn't started the service so it would be another 45-minutes. After 3 hours I get in my Bronco and notice that they haven't rotated the tires or even topped them off with air. Who knows if they even did the oil change at this point.
