Dealership Service Review
Our check engine light on our brand new Bronco came on and when we called we were told to bring it right over because they considered this and emergency. We brought the vehicle over and they said to leave it and they would get to it with in 3 days. 4 days went by and they still hadn't looked at the vehicle. We said we needed our vehicle back and within an hour they looked at it and supposedly determined the issue. They ordered the part (a whole different story) and once they received it we dropped the vehicle off for repairs. After receiving the vehicle, 2 days later the check engine light came back on. We have taken the vehicle to a different dealership for warranty repairs and will not be returning to this AutoNation location for any future repairs or business.
