Terrible Post-Sales Customer Service
by Reviewer on 02/13/2025Leased a new EQS 450 from this dealership with a terrible post-sales customer service experience. Signed initial contracts to secure vehicle, took actual receipt of vehicle weeks later since they weren't yet on the lot, and found out that… the lease contract still started on the initial contract date instead of when I actually recieved the vehicle. Promises were made by sales to make up for it with a one month payment off of the new lease with no actions taken at all to honor (very shady and questionable). Absolutely no communication from sales or finance after numerious texts and email. Even the GM is no where to be found in returning customer inquiries or helping to resolve. I've leased new vehicles from all Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Bay Area for the past 17 years and this has been the worst experiences I've ever had!Hi there, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. They were so patient, informative, and just really helpful. They truly wanted to… find me the car I wanted, and went to extraordinary lengths to help me find the right car for me. Amazing, efficient and effortless purchase!

She was able to accommodate majority of the negotiation with my trade-in and financing options prior to my visit to the dealership. I was in and out in roughly 40 minutes! I… drove 2 1/2 hours to the Walnut creek dealership because I am always satisfied when I leave there. Their customer service is unmatched. Hasn’t Been A Good Experience
by DeniseH on 11/07/2024I purchased a used car putting down more than 10k and a week later the engine lite came on took it back and according to them they didn’t know why which was hard to believe when you hook these cars up to a computer and it gives you a code… to say what’s wrong anywho since then I noticed the car had no backseat headrest (19k car) had to reach back out to Omar in which he just stopped responding so I pulled up and he admitted to selling it this way same day I drive to school and the check engine light comes back on I notify Omar this isn’t good he says bring it back I tell him I have school and appts this week are they going to provide transportation he basically said no but he would check and get back to me which he hasn’t I will be going back again had I known this purchase would have gone like this I would have went else where you think of Benz and you think quality but this experience has been just the opposite. Oh and did I mention when they had the truck the first time they kept it for 3 days and someone drove all my gas out tank literally went from full to just above the E just horribleHi, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide.
