Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek

We have purchased 2 cars in the past and had a great experience both times. I was ready to trade mine in for a new car and am very happy again with the dealership. I met Jerilyn in sales and she set up 2 test drives and was able to answer all my questions about them. She was great and I highly recommend her. Once I had decided on the purchase we were able to come to a price that I was happy with. No pushiness or haggling was felt at anytime in the sale. Shawna in finance was great also. She helped my wife and I on the previous sales and it was like seeing an old friend again. When customer service is at such a high level why would I go anywhere else? Lastly, we have our cars serviced here and I intend on continuing with the new car. Our service experience has always been great. I have and will continue to recommend Mercedes of Walnut Creek to my friends.
