Best buying experience ever!
by Wendy C on 01/03/2022Stephanie made everything about the buying process positive and pleasant! She was very thoughtful and notified me as soon as a car in the color I want it came in. She was very straightforward about pricing and it gave me a lot of time to… make my own decisions. She also did her best with the financing aspect and was very patient throughout the entire process. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with buying a vehicle. Similarly I found Helen the finance manager to also be the most honest pleasant and easy to work with! I believe that this is the six Mercedes that I’ve purchased or leased in the past 15 years. I have never met such pleasant and helpful people like Stephanie and Helen. They made the overall experience easy and pleasant!Thank you Wendy for your kind words for Stephanie! It is always great to hear that we were able to make a customer’s experience truly exceptional! The worst
by Disgruntled on 01/02/2022I dropped my car off the morning of Dec 7. It’s January 2nd. I am still not in possession of my car. It took a week for it to even be looked it. And never was that possibility pointed out, as in “by the way, we’re pretty slammed, so it… may be a while even to diagnose it.” And no apologies. In fact, I was made to feel like I shouldn’t complain, “Other people have had to wait even longer,” I was told. What?! A customer is told to accept their crappy experience because other customers have had even crappier ones? Communication from the service department was next to non-existent except for the few times I pointed out that I’d love to hear an update from someone every day about my car. And again, not ONCE an apology (except eventually from the service manager) about how long it was taking, and the lack of communication. PS: I still don’t know when I’m getting my car back. PSS: And it’s for an issue (thermostat) that was already replaced twice (I’ve had the car just over two years). So yeah. Pretty awful.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize that your recent experience with service was anything but satisfactory. I would like an opportunity to address your concerns and to earn your business, please contact me. Delay in service
by Patricia Eshaghian on 12/31/2021I have been leasing cars from MbZ Beverly Hills for the last 15 years and have always had a superb experience. This year the service center wasn’t quite as responsive, my car wasn’t ready the day I took it and upon contacting the service… rep the next day I got no response and then we went into a holiday weekend. This led me not to be able to get my car back in a reasonable time and it was not ready for another 3 days. I think this was unusual due to the combo of the holiday and the pandemic likely causing a staff shortage. When they car was ready I got the usual service upon pickup. There was essentially poor communication from the service rep not responding to my texts which was how she told me to communicate with her, either due to a vacation/holiday or an unexpected Illness, which I understand but this could have been taken care of betterThank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize that your recent experience with service was anything but satisfactory. I would like an opportunity to address your concerns and to earn your business, please contact me. Cruise control on steering wheel, Stopped working

I reached out to the dealer and they set up a loaner car for me. Due to Covid it took about a week And a few days… to get my car back.
