Stephanie made everything about the buying process positive and pleasant! She was very thoughtful and notified me as soon as a car in the color I want it came in. She was very straightforward about pricing and it gave me a lot of time to make my own decisions. She also did her best with the financing aspect and was very patient throughout the entire process. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with buying a vehicle. Similarly I found Helen the finance manager to also be the most honest pleasant and easy to work with! I believe that this is the six Mercedes that I’ve purchased or leased in the past 15 years. I have never met such pleasant and helpful people like Stephanie and Helen. They made the overall experience easy and pleasant!
