    I made an appointment and you guys said you would give me a loaner. Night before you said it wasn’t unavailable. I rescheduled. Then you did it again. You are Mercedes, not Chevrolet. Get your act together.

  • Best Dealer Experience Ever

    Over the past ten years and three Mercedes vehicles, I have visited a few dealerships for service. None of them even come close to the truly exceptional experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. My service advisor and new friend, Lauren Baumann was so incredibly kind and accommodating. She even had treats for my dog that I had with me at the time of the appointment. My car was serviced, washed (best service dept. car wash I’ve ever had), and ready to go on time. Parts I needed were in stock for same day installation. I bought my car at a dealer across town and typically get serviced there, but I will now be switching to Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills.

  • Nails and more nails in tires, oh my!

    Came home from vacation the other night and the “low air in tires” light came on. I had actually filled them prior to vacation. Checked for nails, none in there. So I Made an appt for the service dept and got in immediately (thankfully!) but the car had to be left overnight. I ended up needing to buy two new tires and get new alignment. Very expensive indeed, but they kept me posted and we were able to discuss it. Car was good and freshly washed the next night. I noticed a dent on my car last month and I hoped they could push it out, but I’ll head bk another day

    I would like to thank BHMB for helping me replace a tire quickly as quickly as they did. Scheduling was able to put me in within 30 minutes of my call and Christian was able to help out get my car in and out. Thank you very much!

    Took my car in last month for jerky transmission and the vehicle it’s still in the dealer as I write this review. After many times of call explain my issue to the service advisor and him having it written down he concern still they getting it wrong. Each time I had called in was given different stories. Let’s begin and keep in mind I was told all of the by my service rep and I won’t be mentioning his name.”Two techs are involved, two shop Forman, MBUSA, Amg engineers at Germany and now Daimler”. Which is hard to believe because we had all the ppl involved and still they can not tell what the problem is!!!??? Keep in mind the problem is present and had been confirmed by my shopforman but nothing is being done besides being told different stories each time I call and them telling me mbusa told us to do this test and that test and still nothingggg. I have to keep calling explaining and end of the day nothing and what they good at saying is we understand if that’s the case and I should’ve got an answer by now since they car has been at the dealer for a month and to me it’s not a rocket science to figure out the issue while you can see the problem and also feel the jerky tranny. Also I had stopped by two times at the service department for wanting to go for a test drive with a tech which was refused by my service advisor stating that you don’t need to go for a test drive because they had verified the issue and they had confirmed it is NOT normal and couple of days later I call in and they tell me another shopforman had drove the car and he stated it’s a normal operation of the transmission are you serious!!!!! Lies after lies. Why don’t you guys be honest and say it’s not normal and are techs have no clue about this type of vehicle which is Amg gt. Stop making up stories. We got all this people involved and you guys can’t figure out what it is??!!!!

    I had the best experience of my life at service. I was so lucky to have Elan Haim help me out through getting my car serviced. He gave exceptional service and made my experience 10x easier.     First of all I want to give a huge thanks to Marina Martinez and Aaron. I came in to do a service on my car for the first time in Beverly Hills and it won’t be the last.
