I have been leasing cars from MbZ Beverly Hills for the last 15 years and have always had a superb experience. This year the service center wasn’t quite as responsive, my car wasn’t ready the day I took it and upon contacting the service rep the next day I got no response and then we went into a holiday weekend. This led me not to be able to get my car back in a reasonable time and it was not ready for another 3 days. I think this was unusual due to the combo of the holiday and the pandemic likely causing a staff shortage. When they car was ready I got the usual service upon pickup. There was essentially poor communication from the service rep not responding to my texts which was how she told me to communicate with her, either due to a vacation/holiday or an unexpected Illness, which I understand but this could have been taken care of better
