I received a printed, easy to read, document with all the details and prices for the services that are pending for⦠my car. Dealerships are a bit more expensive than some other shops or than buying materials and doing an "install yourself", but you get warranty with those services performed at the dealership. Very happy with my service there!We're very glad to hear that you are happy with the warranty and the service you received at our dealership! We will look forward to seeing you again next time!

Kevin Carey especially! The man has a heart of gold and will bend over backwards to⦠help you in any way he can! I had to get tires recently on my dodge grand caravan and was stressing out about the price. my husband is deployed and usually does these things! When I went up to pay, Kevin said he had found a deal for me! Buy 3 tires, get one for a buck! It was such a relief! He searched high and low until he found an old flyer that was still hanging in the window! Thank you Tucson Dodge and Kevin Carey! I do believe they could make some improvements in the scheduling. It should not take more than 30 min.⦠to get a car into the shop that has an appointment. That's what appointments are for. So you don't have to wait a long time in the waiting room.Thank you very much for your recommendation and your feedback! We appreciate both. Love my new Dodge Challenger
by TheGuru5575 on 10/20/2014I recently decided I wanted a new Dodge Challenger with the very cool Shaker package. I hit up the 2 Dodge dealers here in Tucson online and ended up visiting both. After a poor experience at the first dealership I almost decided its not to⦠be and was not going to pursue it further. On the way home I made a quick turn and decided to go ahead and stop by Larry Miller Dodge. I asked for Dan Caldwell as he had kindly responded to my initial email request. Dan was an awesome laid back guy and a pleasure to not only do business with, but to shoot the breeze with. Unfortunately the car I wanted was sold, however he offered me a black one instead of the Orange one I really wanted. It was nice but I ultimately decided I wasnt going to make a decision on such a nice expensive car if it was not exactly what I wanted. Dan then introduced me to Brad who is one of the New Car managers who helped clear up some misconceptions I had and showed me how purchasing would be a much better deal than leasing if I ultimately decided to get one. Dan then went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I really wanted at another dealer, exact color, options, and a price i was happy with and could afford. I bought the vehicle and could not be happier with it, it is exactly what I wanted and is a badass car to drive!! I 100% recommend Dan Caldwell, his manager Brad, and Larry Miller Dodge!! They are straightforward honest people and will go out of their way to fulfill your needs at a price that is very fair. GREAT JOB GUYS!!Thank you for your review! Went in for an oil change, had to wait 3 hours.
by snap22 on 09/08/2014I was quoted a 2 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and a wash. That seemed like an over estimation since I had an appointment. Well 3 hours later I finally got a call saying I could come and pick up my truck. 3 hours for an oil⦠change is a little bit rediculous if you ask me.Thank you for your feedback! We will share it with the team.

My service adviser confirmed what I was there for. I waiting in the lobby area and when done was provided a full⦠print out of what was done and any future recommendations based on their inspection. I didn't feel stupid
by pursue on 07/09/2014I brought in my 2013 Dodge Daytona The cruise control wouldn't hold a steady speed and the air conditioner was making a hissing noise and the right headlight needed adjusting. Nick the service tech was very thorough in listening to my⦠explanations. He then solved all the problems except for the headlights. Seems my car has "adaptive cruise" so it will adjust if you get to close to a car. the hissing noise was from the seat intake duct. Yes I have AC in the seats ;-) it is AZ... He confirmed the headlight needed adjustment was surprised I noticed it as it was very slight.. But happily had it corrected. I learned new thing about my car and no longer have a dark spot when using my headlights ;-) he never told me that i should've known this about the car I was very thankful for thatGreat to hear!
