Had my car for 30K mile service, since I'm covered for all oil changes, and also requested quotes for any required services. I received a printed, easy to read, document with all the details and prices for the services that are pending for my car. Dealerships are a bit more expensive than some other shops or than buying materials and doing an "install yourself", but you get warranty with those services performed at the dealership. Very happy with my service there!
