I pulled up for a scheduled oil change. Someone came right up to my vehicle. I didn't have to go finding my own way around. My service adviser confirmed what I was there for. I waiting in the lobby area and when done was provided a full print out of what was done and any future recommendations based on their inspection. No pressure and I was done.
