I share the same frustrations as many car buyers. However, overall, I was treated good and would recommend this dealership to others. I do believe they could make some improvements in the scheduling. It should not take more than 30 min. to get a car into the shop that has an appointment. That's what appointments are for. So you don't have to wait a long time in the waiting room.
