great warranty work

Do not purchase a vehicle from Tucson Dodge
by raul14 on 07/06/2011updated 05/31/2025Hi, Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2008 nissan altima on 8/30/2010 with 42,000 miles. Now less than a year later 7/1/2011 the car's paint has faded and it looks extremely bad. I paid 23000 thousand for… the vehicle and I think is unfair that not even a year and the paint is bad. I have spoken to three diferrent body shops including nissan and they said that the car was sold to me with this problem already. The body shop continue to tell me, that most probably the cover up the problem and sold it to me with the problem. I tried contacting Tucson Dodge and of course they said there is nothing they can do. I will be contacting Best Business Bureau and see what happnes. Please everyone, if you really care about your money and investment do not do not do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership on 22nd street. First Oil change

I did not think to ask for a change when purchasing but I took it in two months later explaining to service advisor Sean S who… said he would take care of it for me. When I was able to make the service appointment and get the truck in for the oil change, Sean did indeed take care of everything free of charge and had it done on time. I appreciate his integrity and that of Larry H. Miller Dodge dealership. I will be back.Thanks for giving us your feedback. I'm glad to hear we were able to get everything worked out for you. Also the quote for rear brakes was too high also. Other than this, service was acceptable.Thank you for your feedbackit means a lot to our team.
