Went in for an oil change, had to wait 3 hours.

I was quoted a 2 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and a wash. That seemed like an over estimation since I had an appointment. Well 3 hours later I finally got a call saying I could come and pick up my truck. 3 hours for an oil change is a little bit rediculous if you ask me.
