  • Brake Service Check

    Took 2009 335i in for brake check based on service light. Brake pads were not at wear limit. Brake system flush was performed and vehicle was returned to me. The Brake service light was still illuminated when they returned the car to me.

    I arrived at the dealership, BMW Tucson, to get a scheduled brake fluid flush. I mentioned that I was having difficulty opening the tailgate with the kick/auto opening. Jayme explained how she does it and would have the tech check it out. Upon completion, my car was washed and ready to go. Jayme then explained how both she and the tech were able to successfully open the door, however, in her attempt to show me it wouldn’t work. After several attempts, frustration ensued as she assured me that she made it work. By then we were both laughing as it wasn’t a huge concern on my part. Then a gentleman came out of the building (apparently he was aware of the situation). On his first few attempts it too failed… we were all laughing. He finally got it to work. It was then Jayme’s turn. On her third attempt, success!! She was so relieved. I was happy for her! When I arrived home, it was my turn. Success on the first try!! I had to let her know, so I texted her “I DID IT!!” She responded with YAAYYY!!!! I will gladly go back to Jayme for my service needs because she cares!

    I had great service thanks to your team and my service advisor, Katelyn Withrow. Katelyn always goes above a beyond in helping me out in good decisions on what we need to fix. Even on last minute times I have to bring my 750 with no appointment with a tech problem and even got me a loader so I’m not stuck. Thanks you so much.

  • Tire replacement

    I needed new tires, so i made an appointment for them to be replaced. I got an appointment two days in the future. That morning, i drove the 90 minutes into tucson to find out no one had ordered the tires, so i had to come back the next day. That was frustrating, but they did issue a loaner, so at least i could get home. The extra day out of my schedule wasn't timely or fun, but everyone was nice.

    I contacted my service advisor, Jayme, and she set up the appointment to examine the tire sidewall bulge. When I arrived she was there and ready, took a walkaround video, had the paperwork ready for me to sign, and I was out of there. She said it would be a couple of hours because they would also do a safety inspection (and a carwash) and sure enough in under two hours she got back to me. The tire had been replaced. In the process the BMW techs looked at two tires I hadn't mentioned and found punctures. She was doing the paperwork to get those approved for insurance replacement, and after getting my keys I was ready to go. Pre-appointment no hassle - one phone call/voicemail. Appointment around 5-10 minutes. Pick-up about 3-5 minutes. Professionalism and courtesy evident throughout from the guy who welcomed me to the service entrance --by name-- to Jayme to the techs who did the work. Awesomely done, BMW of Tucson crew!

    Gone are the days of the "Old Car Business." I met with Juan Carlos Almada to look at a car. He was professional & very knowledgeable about the BMW I looked at.
