Dealership Service Review
I arrived at the dealership, BMW Tucson, to get a scheduled brake fluid flush. I mentioned that I was having difficulty opening the tailgate with the kick/auto opening. Jayme explained how she does it and would have the tech check it out. Upon completion, my car was washed and ready to go. Jayme then explained how both she and the tech were able to successfully open the door, however, in her attempt to show me it wouldn’t work. After several attempts, frustration ensued as she assured me that she made it work. By then we were both laughing as it wasn’t a huge concern on my part. Then a gentleman came out of the building (apparently he was aware of the situation). On his first few attempts it too failed… we were all laughing. He finally got it to work. It was then Jayme’s turn. On her third attempt, success!! She was so relieved. I was happy for her! When I arrived home, it was my turn. Success on the first try!! I had to let her know, so I texted her “I DID IT!!” She responded with YAAYYY!!!! I will gladly go back to Jayme for my service needs because she cares!
