I contacted my service advisor, Jayme, and she set up the appointment to examine the tire sidewall bulge. When I arrived she was there and ready, took a walkaround video, had the paperwork ready for me to sign, and I was out of there. She said it would be a couple of hours because they would also do a safety inspection (and a carwash) and sure enough in under two hours she got back to me. The tire had been replaced. In the process the BMW techs looked at two tires I hadn't mentioned and found punctures. She was doing the paperwork to get those approved for insurance replacement, and after getting my keys I was ready to go. Pre-appointment no hassle - one phone call/voicemail. Appointment around 5-10 minutes. Pick-up about 3-5 minutes. Professionalism and courtesy evident throughout from the guy who welcomed me to the service entrance --by name-- to Jayme to the techs who did the work. Awesomely done, BMW of Tucson crew!
