    We recently purchased a new 2025 Chevy Suburban from Courtesy Chevrolet, and our experience was outstanding. Alec (online sales) and Luis (Sales Manager) were tremendous to work with, making the process smooth and stress-free, including responding gracefully to reassure my gap in understanding possible options. I wanted a no-haggle, straightforward experience, and they delivered exactly that. (We live very remote - so we needed to do things quickly and easily without going into the dealership). For us, the most crucial part of buying a vehicle is not just the sale itself but how the dealership treats my wife and family when issues arise.     I would run from this dealership. I wish I had. Made the mistake of listening to what they said instead of what they wrote. I know my fault but there is a reason i don't want to disclose but part of it is what makes me a disabled veteran. They added things I didn't notice they had charged me extra for and claimed I agreed to them with full knowledge. My communication with them prior clearly indicates that was not the case. Then tried to say well we do that with all our vehicles but they hadn't even been added when the purchase was made because the vehicle was being taking off the delivery truck when i arrived so they snuck in the cost during purchase and added after purchase then claimed they deserved to be compensated. If I said I didn't want lojack, nitrogen tires, and lifetime tint before I went because of the extra charge why would I suddenly agree? Especially when i knew they hadn't even been added yet. That was not even everything just part. I attempted to resolve my issue by having provide maintenance worth half the overcharge and the said it might be worth an oil change. I would laugh at how ridiculous it was had they not been serious.

  • A really bad experience

    Really a bad experience. I had three issues with the car. Finance team fine. Service and sales is really a headache. They do not resolve anything, 1.-My door liners still not haven't arrived since I bought it, 2.-They lie to me about my car telling me that never had any crash, and 3.-My wiper flew when I turn it on, and the arm crashed my windshield, and they do not do anything. I am afraid that more issues comes out. Really a bad experience

Over the years Jeremy has provided unbeatable service to myself and family. I contacted Jeremy when we decided to buy the Traverse. Jeremy put us in contact with Jimmy and Rafael.     I called and talked with Rafael, we were looking for a 2023 radiant red Traverse LT, he located one in their inventory and we set up an appointment. When we arrived we were greeted by a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman. Rafael went over everything in detail and answered all our questions. Went on the test drive and we were sold, he got Al the paper work together and set us up with Joe in finance. Joe got us through everything in a very timely manner. I don’t have anything but good to say about Courtesy Chevorlet I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle, the entire staff were very knowledgeable.   • Please be careful!

    Unfortunately Courtesy Chevrolet has seriously missed the mark when it comes to delivering on their promises. I bought a vehicle from Noah. He seemed a nice enough sort but was found later to be just another car salesman that promised the moon and delivered a tiny rock from a local arroyo. Everyone I spoke to said the car was in great shape and had no damage. They appear to have been very careful with the video they sent to make sure none of the damage appeared in the video. When the car was delivered the black coating on the hood was peeling and lifting and some areas it was missing altogether. They told me they put on 2 new tires to maintain the standards they set for their used vehicles. I asked if the tires matched and were the same make and size. They weren't. They put all season tires on the car in the rear and the front tires were summer tires of a completely different manufacturer. The front lip spoiler was damaged in the center and that was never mentioned as well. I was also told on numerous occasions that the car had 2 key fobs and that I would be getting both. This too has never happened. The car was an internet purchase ans a third party was used to do the paperwork. They told me i would get a copy of everything I signed. You guessed it, I did not get all copies. They made me pay for a Low Jack which is just another way of jacking up the price. The device ceased to function right at about 5 weeks after the car was delivered. You should probably look elsewhere for a vehicle purchase because although they tout they are all about customer service, it is just another hollow promise designed to get your hard working dollar. They do not have a clue what real customer service is. Should you determine to do business with this dealer I wish you Good Luck because you will probably need it R. Pierce

    • After further interaction, the dealer has stepped up and has turned around my opinion of Courtesy Chevrolet. It is rare to have a car dealer do everything possible to take care of issues but Courtesy Chevrolet has done exactly that. Nice people to work with. Any issues that popped up were taken care of. Jessica could not have been more helpful in the process.

  • Scammers

    They sold my husband and me a car that has engine issues. This is the second time the check engine light has come on. The problems started within 2 weeks of purchasing a used 2017 Ford Fusion Platinum. These people had our car in the shop for over a week to replace a purge valve and dual check valve. Now my check engine light is back on due to a cylinder 2 misfire. The salesperson who sold us the car and the service manager have been ignoring our calls. Don't purchase a vehicle here unless you intentionally want to buy a lemon that will leave you without reliable transportation. These people are very unprofessional and unethical. Now I have to get a lawyer to deal with this. They also haven't emailed me my contract after requesting it several times and never gave me a hard copy.

  • STAY AWAY, I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH!! This is supposed to be a family owned business, well if this is how you treat your family I might as well be your enemy. On Jan 28, 2020, I purchased a 2016 Cadillac CTS. On the way back to the dealership after the test drive, I heard the brakes squeaking. The sales associate Kenny was quick to give an excuse saying it’s because it was cold, but he assured me that if I wanted the car that he would make sure the car gets looked at by the service department and if it continues that they would take care of it (lesson to self, get everything in writing). So, I purchase the vehicle and, on the way, home the brakes continue to squeak so I call Kenny and explain to him the breaks are still making noise. He said I can bring it in, and they will look at it (so far so good). I bring it in, and he tells me that the mechanic said it was break dust and that the pads has been cleaned and I should be good to go. I said ok and I would be there to pick the car up, but I would also like a print out of the report stating what was inspected and what they done to correct the issue (I am still waiting on that print out a week later). I pick the car up and I was not half way home when I heard the brake squeaking again. I called Kenny right away, but now he is saying I need to talk to Carlos because the mechanic said it was good to go. So now I’m calling and trying to coordinate with the Used Vehicle Manager Carlos Valenzuela. He tells me the same thing that Kenny said about the mechanic said the breaks are good, but I can bring it in again to have them check it. Now this is the second day. I bring the vehicle back to the dealership that night so it can be looked at first thing in the morning. After waiting all day and not hearing from Carlos Valenzuela and after calling at least 6 times and leaving 3 voice messages I finally in touch with Carlos Valenzuela. He tells me the mechanic said the breaks are good except for the squeaking…SO WHAT THE HECK IS THE SQUEAKING NOISE?? He goes on to say well if my mechanic says nothing is wrong then he has to believe his mechanic. Ok but your mechanic said he heard the squeaking and breaks do not squeak for no reason. Carlos also goes on to tell me he is no mechanic, I’m no mechanic either but common sense tells me that brakes are not supposed to make noise unless there is a problem. Carlos suggest I get a second opinion about the brakes, but I would be responsible for it. Why should I have to pay for an issue that I was told would be taken care of?? Carlos Valenzuela NEVER called me about any updates when they had my vehicle. I would have to call him multiple times before I finally got in touch with him. His attitude was very dismissive and down right RUDE. The sales associate Kenny was no better. After the first time I took the car back I tried calling him and the only thing I would get is I need to talk to Carlos Valenzuela. Sales associates also tell you if you need something even after the deal to give them a call. I guess what they mean is if you have someone else who wants to buy a car because after the sale is done, they are done with you. The customer service was the worse I have ever seen. If you are looking for a car and a great customer service, please do not come here. They will try to sell you a dream, but when they dream start to turn into a nightmare then you are on your own. So now I have to try to have someone else take a look at my squeaking breaks because according to Carlos Valenzuela and his mechanic there is nothing wrong with them. If you believe that I have some ocean front property in Oklahoma I want to sell you. Protect yourself and believe nothing or better yet stay far away from Courtesy Chevrolet.
