I called and talked with Rafael, we were looking for a 2023 radiant red Traverse LT, he located one in their inventory and we set up an appointment. When we arrived we were greeted by a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman. Rafael went over everything in detail and answered all our questions. Went on the test drive and we were sold, he got Al the paper work together and set us up with Joe in finance. Joe got us through everything in a very timely manner.
