Best Experience Ever!

The best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone was super nice and helpful but, above and beyond goes to my salesman Josh! He was amazing! He really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! I had an Audi before buying… my Cx70 and the customer service I received at Cardinale was hands-down the best!

by Thomas Frontczak on 04/09/2025We’ve purchased six or seven vehicles from Cardinale Way Mazda since about 2012. Not only have all our vehicles been reliable but I feel that we’ve been treated fairly by the Cardinale Way salespeople and GM Donny. Our recent purchase of… a 2025 CX50 Hybrid was quick and easy with Tanner, Darlene, and Dan. Started with Sales Mgr Dan after he approached us on the lot after about 15 minutes of us looking at the huge selection they had, and Dan didn’t ask the typical salesperson questions. That was noticed immediately and appreciated. We asked questions and he answered forthright. When Dan encountered us he was already in the midst of something, so after spending time with us and not making us feel rushed or unimportant, he introduced to Tanner who came out to assist. Tanner was kind and extremely helpful and not at all pushy. The next day we went back after looking at other dealers and Tanner was with a customer so we test drove with Darlene who was very helpful. We bought the vehicle with not an ounce of buyers remorse or anxiety that we didn’t get a good deal. The service department always takes great care of my vehicles and never tries to over-replace or overcharge. Nick in service is a great guy and a big part of the reason I keep buying from Cardinale Way.Zoom zoom
by GirlRacerT on 04/04/2025Well, we all expect dealerships to take the hard sell route to get you into a new car. I have to say that my experience with Cardinaleway was very different. Yes they very much wanted to get me into a car. Yes they very much did everything… they could to get everything to work out and yes, in the end we were able to come to a deal they didn’t push me but ensured I drove away in a new car. They merely educated me and gave me options until we found the deal that would work for all of us. For that alone I would recommend them 100% over any other Dealership.Such a pleasure!!!

Even though they were in a tent because they were remodeling their new car building in the blistering heat everyone was as kind and cheerful as can be,… smile’s galore 😊 !!!!! I wouldn’t ever catch myself going anywhere else. Nick and Jesus in service are the best! Everyone there has treated me like family even though it was my first time servicing my pre-owned 2018 Mazda 3 ❤️ Thank you for accepting me into the family guys n dollsRegularly recommends unnecessary repairs
by Buford1122 on 09/13/2018changed and I've seen a lot of new, unfamiliar faces in the shop. Â While I think they were competent and friendly enough, they keep trying to push a lot of unnecessary extra services on me, especially full fluid replacements for just about… everything - transmission, brake, coolant, etc. Â This bugged me, as this was not according to the manufacturer schedule and I had not experienced any problems with the systems involved. Â Moreover, I had actually already done a full fluid exchange for most systems just prior to 2017, when I first brought my car to Cardinale and I had told them of my car servicing history, even providing official Mazda dealership service logs. Â My gut feeling says that you shouldn't need a full fluid exchange only a year after you've done it. Â Do I blame the service writers? Â Not really - my father-in-law who used to wrench at a Dodge dealership mentioned that some dealerships tend to push their service writers to get their customers to pay for more high-margin work, or extra work that may not always be absolutely necessary. Â That's just the game they play to make more money. Â The final straw however was how the service writers kept on screwing with my car's service schedule, insisting I needed the more intensive maintenance than Mazda recommended. I brought my Mazda to a Mazda dealership since I thought they would be the experts in servicing it - in this, I was mistaken. Â I've since switched about 6 months ago to a different dealership that is frank and honest with me about the maintenance my car needs, and their service has been flawless to date. Cardinale, I'd love to come back to you, but I can't trust you any more.Horrible After the Sale Support
by Felix_G on 05/22/2018Had great pre-sales/sales support, but what they told me in the dealership WAS NOT WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED. I tried to resolve the issue by speaking with the salesperson and with the "new car desk manager". Both made a lot of… promises to get back with me to resolve the issue, but NEITHER OF THEM DID! I tried to call the manager over the entire location, but "Lucas" at the "new car desk manager" refused to transfer my call. For a minor issue of bad information, they sure are skating the issue! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.Awful service experience
by Nikkid33273 on 11/03/2017I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a wonderful service advisor, but they were unable to solve my issues involving braking… malfunctions. They actually told me to ignore my car's warnings when it tells me I'm about to have a collision when it was being triggered sporadically with nothing in the path of the car. I reached out to Mazda corporate regarding the lack of resolution from the dealer and during a conference call between me, Mazda corporate, and the dealer service manager, Jerry, things got a little heated although no vulgarity or name calling was used in any way. This resulted from Jerry refusing to answer basic questions. Jerry disconnected from the call and now refuses to service the car because he's apparently "too uncomfortable" to work with me, even though I've been polite and courteous on all my visits. In my opinion, Jerry is acting inappropriately. I don't think they want to deal with the problem because they'd rather pass the buck. And I certainly don't want to waste my time on a dealership that isn't willing to fix a practically brand new vehicle. Even Mazda corporate expressed disappointment in their supposed "discomfort" in working with me again. Definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I know I will be.Dont waste your time.
by helpfulperso on 09/08/2017If i could give these people less then a star i would, Dont do busy with these people, they are [non-permissible content removed]. After owning a vehicle through them for 2 years, i traded it in and cancelled the gap insurance, with an… expectation of receiving the check 6-8 weeks later. after about 10 weeks, i called the gap company and they stated i should have had my check at the end of july. call mazda back and speak with the accounting department (after calling 5 times, leaving 2 voicemails which i never got a call back on), lady lost the check under her paperwork and forgot about it. fast forward a week later when my check arrives, suddenly its $200 short. ask why the check is so short and theres a magical fee associated with it from 2015 that no one ever decided to advise me about. overall bad experience with these people. take your buisness else where.Cardinale Way Mazda is the best!

by Purplenights on 06/29/2016After talking with Internet Sales department for several days, I finally went in to CWM-Mesa, to take a look at a car I was interested in, a 2016 MX5 Miata Club. When I went in, I was met by Dylan, who I had been emailing back and forth… with the previous several days. He sat down and talked with me about what I was interested in and had the vehicle we had discussed on email out ready to show and present. They never pushed the sale at all, they just presented the vehicle and described all the specs and new information on the updated model. I explained that if they could get me a reasonable deal that would fit into my budget, maybe we could work something out. Dylan and the sales manager went to work immediately on trying to come up with a deal I could live with without pressing me into something I could not do. They literally spent a couple hours working on numbers that worked for me, and they were determined to help in any way they could. They gave me a fair trade on my old vehicle, and actually asked me, the customer, what I felt the trade-in was worth, and they tried to meet that. They kept offering me drinks and even offered me lunch while I was waiting! I wasn't sitting there on pins and needles because I really felt, for the first time in a car dealership expereince, I didn't have to worry about some sleigh of hand trick to try and get more money out of me or cost me in some way. I really believed they were sincere in all their sales efforts, and they seemed to be focussed on the customer instead of just the money. I felt bad taking up so much of their time, and them having several people to work on my sale, but they never made me feel like I waswasting their time. If more car dealerships actually worked for their customers instead of the almighty dollar, they would greatly improve their sales, I am sure. Cardinaleway Mesa is a role model for others to follw in administering excellence in cutomer service. I appreciate everyone who worked so hard and went above and beyond to make great things happen for me! Even after I bought the vehicle, they called a couple of times to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and to answer any questions I might have. Simply amazing!! Very high standards!! I will be recommending that friends and co-workers look to CWM-Mesa if they are in a position where they need to buy a new car.. I look forward to developing a long lasting relationship with their service department as well.Fantastic experience

In the past year I've been to chevy, ford, Mitsubishi(terrible) and also a mazda dealer 2 blocks from my house and have pretty much left each of them feeling terrible . The major difference with… Cardinaleway Superstition Springs was when I first stepped onto the lot there was no pressure. I didn't have to give them a phone number or email addy or even show them my birth certificate. I actually got a figure from Joahua on a couple cars before we took them out for a test ride. Joshua wasn't late for our test drive because I didn't even have to set up an appointment, what a novel idea. We wound up taking 2 cars for test drives, went back inside and quickly worked out a deal. All this time Joshua knew we were going to look at 2 other dealerships before deciding. We then proceeded to the other dealerships and started playing the game...give me a number and I'll take it back to our secret hidden room and see if my Mgr. will accept...you all know how this game is played and all should know that many things can be done with the same numbers to make things look different. Anyway we went back to Josh the next day, picked a different car out and then the haggling started. Except we all sat down together Thomas, Joshua and Chris and within 20 minutes agreed on what we thought was a fair price. I've got to tell you after about 7 new car purchases within 3 states my wife and I have only had one other pleasurable experience and that salesman has retired...that's the reason we've waited 10 years but Joshua and the people here have become our new "no hassle go to guys" for the future. Don't believe all the reviews or even this review, just go in and see what goes on here and you will agree that it is a place that makes car buying a fun thing again. I can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait for my first free oil change to see the service end .Pleasant Experience

We dealt with Gina as our salesperson and she was most helpful in explaining… things and answering our questions. Wayne (Sales Mgr) was not only pleasant but easy to work with when it came to the serious end of the pencil. Chris (Finance Mgr) went over our final paperwork with great detail with a bit of humor thrown in for good measure before handing us the keys to our new 2016 Mazda6 Grand Touring. A big "Thank You" to all for making the purchase a pleasant one.Wonderful buying experience

Only negative I could say is I had to wait about 15 min after I arrived. Robby in Internet… sales was very helpful and if he didn't know an answer he went to find the answer. I never felt pressured and everyone seemed more concerned that I got the right car even if it wasn't theirs. They all were friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. They started off at a reasonable price and were willing to negotiate to make a sale. I will recommend this dealership to others.Easy buy

They started off at a reasonable price and were willing to negotiate to make a sale. The final sale price was close to the fair… purchase price listed online.
