We’ve purchased six or seven vehicles from Cardinale Way Mazda since about 2012. Not only have all our vehicles been reliable but I feel that we’ve been treated fairly by the Cardinale Way salespeople and GM Donny. Our recent purchase of a 2025 CX50 Hybrid was quick and easy with Tanner, Darlene, and Dan. Started with Sales Mgr Dan after he approached us on the lot after about 15 minutes of us looking at the huge selection they had, and Dan didn’t ask the typical salesperson questions. That was noticed immediately and appreciated. We asked questions and he answered forthright. When Dan encountered us he was already in the midst of something, so after spending time with us and not making us feel rushed or unimportant, he introduced to Tanner who came out to assist. Tanner was kind and extremely helpful and not at all pushy. The next day we went back after looking at other dealers and Tanner was with a customer so we test drove with Darlene who was very helpful. We bought the vehicle with not an ounce of buyers remorse or anxiety that we didn’t get a good deal. The service department always takes great care of my vehicles and never tries to over-replace or overcharge. Nick in service is a great guy and a big part of the reason I keep buying from Cardinale Way.
