If i could give these people less then a star i would, Dont do busy with these people, they are [non-permissible content removed]. After owning a vehicle through them for 2 years, i traded it in and cancelled the gap insurance, with an expectation of receiving the check 6-8 weeks later. after about 10 weeks, i called the gap company and they stated i should have had my check at the end of july. call mazda back and speak with the accounting department (after calling 5 times, leaving 2 voicemails which i never got a call back on), lady lost the check under her paperwork and forgot about it. fast forward a week later when my check arrives, suddenly its $200 short. ask why the check is so short and theres a magical fee associated with it from 2015 that no one ever decided to advise me about. overall bad experience with these people. take your buisness else where.
