  • Oil change and Tire Rotation

    Thanks AutoNation for getting me in and getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Every where else was telling my oil filter was on back order but I called them and they got me in the next day. Thank y’all so much I greatly appreciate it. Only thing that sucked was there uncomfortable chairs in the waiting area but everything else was great.

    I had never used this dealership for service before and I was extremely pleased with Nicole and the service team. My only concern was the wait time but she kept me updated during the process. I will definitely go back for future repairs.

  • Misleading warranty coverage/transmission problems, no response from dealer

    90 day/4,000 mile warranty was described as covering "everything except tires and brakes," FACTUALLY WRONG! Provides Gold level coverage. Called warranty co about 90 day/4,000 coverage, said we know nothing about that coverage?! Call dealer?! What? Advertised with two keys (assumed working). Only one works. AutoNation response "go get it fixed at other dealer (read between the lines not our problem). Did not provide loan docs, temp tag or paperwork showing tag applied for. After multiple calls and emails to AutoNation, NO RESPONSE! If you try to call dealer, good luck talking to anyone in Finance. Mission Impossible. Also discovered that sold car without spare tire?! Thought that was illegal! Car also has transmission problems! Overall, buyer BEWARE!!!

  • Follow up on resent review

    From my last posted view on my visit to autonation Ford, it was a very bad experience. I have been contacted by the service manager and we had a long conversation about what had happened during my visit. Going forward and from other service trips, this seems to have been a one time thing and I was reassured it would not happen again and I truly believe everything the service manager said. With that being said, I will answer the questions below with this conversation in mind.

  • Service on 2013 Ford Explorer

    Regular Service on my 2013 Ford Explorer-Ask Ryan to treat me like him Mother look at my SUV and tell me if I needed anything done and he did, call me for items that needed to be addressed if any. And he did, I would need new Tires by next visit, we talked about them and will schedule the purchase next, All my maintenance is done with Auto Nation so you have a record, we went over all the major items that I am concerned about while driving my car. The normal things, he went over all of it told me my car was in good shape, I made a joke about so I don't need to go look at a New one on the lot...No your car is in good shape, low mileage, you take good care of it, i said no you do...I was very pleased with my service, thank you.

  • Great Service Experience

    We broke down on a Friday afternoon and had the vehicle towed to AutoNation Ford after 6 pm. Called on Saturday morning and spoke with Tyler Rush, one of the service managers. Tyler said they would check it over and he would call me back. With it being a Saturday I really didn’t expect to hear anything before Monday, but Tyler called back around 3:30 Saturday afternoon and said they had found the problem and had it taken care of. I asked if we could wait till Monday to come get it since we were about 1.5 to 2 hours away and he said that would be fine. They would check everything again on Monday morning and make sure it was all still ok. We arrived at the dealership about 11 am Monday and Tyler had us on the road by 11:20. We appreciate the excellent service and professional of Tyler Rush and the service department at AutoNation Ford.

  • Replace Module for Radio

    Horrible. We went to them months ago. They said they had to order the part. When we recently called to check on it they never even called us back. Very disappointing. I'm so sick of ford not having parts when you need them. My husband desperately needs his bluetooth for work.

  • Ford Expedition Fire Recall/Poor service

    I’ve made multiple appointments to have a fire recall issue fixed plus other minor issues to be looked at. Each time I take my car in, the minor issues are taken care of but the fire recall is not. The excuse I’m given is that the part is not in. I don’t understand why they would make a specific appointment for a specific issue when the part is not in stock and it happened on multiple appointments. The last time I was there, the service person promised that when the part came in he would call me and that the part had my name and his name on it so no other car could use it. It’s been over 5 weeks and no one has called me. Also, no one ever contacts you to give you updates on your vehicle while it’s in for service. If I had not called after 4 days, my car would probably still be there. They also tell you it will take 3 to 5 days to diagnose and fix an issue. No one has 3 to 5 days to be without a car and loaner vehicles are not an option. My husband has had the exact same experience. It’s so frustrating. I just want my car fixed in a timely manner and when I make an appointment for a specific issue, I expect that the specific part will be in stock.
