Dealership Service Review
We broke down on a Friday afternoon and had the vehicle towed to AutoNation Ford after 6 pm. Called on Saturday morning and spoke with Tyler Rush, one of the service managers. Tyler said they would check it over and he would call me back. With it being a Saturday I really didn’t expect to hear anything before Monday, but Tyler called back around 3:30 Saturday afternoon and said they had found the problem and had it taken care of. I asked if we could wait till Monday to come get it since we were about 1.5 to 2 hours away and he said that would be fine. They would check everything again on Monday morning and make sure it was all still ok. We arrived at the dealership about 11 am Monday and Tyler had us on the road by 11:20. We appreciate the excellent service and professional of Tyler Rush and the service department at AutoNation Ford.
