Follow up on resent review

onFrom my last posted view on my visit to autonation Ford, it was a very bad experience. I have been contacted by the service manager and we had a long conversation about what had happened during my visit. Going forward and from other service trips, this seems to have been a one time thing and I was reassured it would not happen again and I truly believe everything the service manager said. With that being said, I will answer the questions below with this conversation in mind.

- Were you satisfied with the quality of work performed on your vehicle? Yes
- Did the dealership complete the work within the timeframe promised? No
- Did the dealership provide you with an accurate quote of the work to be performed? Yes
- Do you feel the price paid for service(s) was fair and appropriate? No
- Did the dealer honor all commitments made? Yes
