We talked with Taylor today. Usually really hate cat shopping and sales people but Taylor was helpful, made us feel comfortable, came off as open and honest. He wasn't our initial contact on the phone but was the person we dealt with… throughout our test drive and talk after. We're meeting him tomorrow to hopefully buy a car.

by satchisss on 03/22/2019My husband and I visited the Portland dealership twice before coming to Dick Hannah and I'm so glad we did. The service in Portland was very strange- we felt pressured, the salesmen talked and cracked jokes so much it felt artificial, and… each time we left completely confused. Totally different experience at Dick Hannah! We worked with Royal Tran and noticed right away how friendly, warm and knowledgeable he was. I lot of our confusion about buying a car was not knowing exactly what we wanted. Royal explained all the different options and was able to show us them in person, which for me was incredibly helpful. We ended up buying a car from Royal that same day! I never felt rushed or pressured. I feel happy, excited, relieved and grateful for my experience at Dick Hannah. The manager, Kennedy is also amazing. These guys are so great, feel like family and will make sure you leave happy. Huge thank you to the sales team at Dick Hannah!Our new suburu

by Greg on 03/09/2019Went to Dick Hannah Subaru looking to buy a Subaru Crosstrek. Came late on a Friday night an hour before closing. Our salesman Mike was awesome. He was so patient and helpful even after the dealer was "closed", even before it was… apparent, we would buy. No rush or pressure. He was also just as kind helpful after the sale. The sales and finance managers were great too. Worked a good deal with no pressure or last minute surprise add ons. I would highly recommend them.Pleasant, professional experience

Not only did he spend time with me after the shop closed to finalize my deal but he showed sincerity and care throughout the entire process; even ensuring that my settings… were good to go before I left the lot. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decsion—I couldn't speak more highly of him. The four-stars is in relation to the detachment of working with their online department. I went to just see what I could get given my trade-in not even needing or necessarily wanting a new car but I was able to get much more than I've ever… wanted in a car. I got the trade-in Value I wanted and a car payment I could afford. They even went and picked up the exact color k wanted with no hassel whatsoever. The whole team was very polite and kind. With a 1 pm appointment for a test drive, we drove a vehicle (which we ended up buying that day), looked at several other vehicles, negotiated a… price and drove off the lot at 5:30 pm (including an extremely extensive and thorough walk-through of the car's features). Isaac (sales), Eric (pricing) and Jeff (finance) did a great job. We asked to not be hassled with upselling and to make the process go as fast as possible, and our wishes were fully met.Great experience
