I have no basis to evaluate this dealer, other than an extremely positive purchase experience. With a 1 pm appointment for a test drive, we drove a vehicle (which we ended up buying that day), looked at several other vehicles, negotiated a price and drove off the lot at 5:30 pm (including an extremely extensive and thorough walk-through of the car's features). Isaac (sales), Eric (pricing) and Jeff (finance) did a great job. We asked to not be hassled with upselling and to make the process go as fast as possible, and our wishes were fully met.
