I came in to shop and before I left I had ordered my new vehicle. Bassam was so helpful; he quietly and gently led me through the test drive, listened to and answered all my questions and concerns, and guided me through the entire process. As with Bassam, I felt the same care without pressure from everyone I dealt with over the course of the order, the purchase, and the follow-up. Best decision I made was stopping in at Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver.
