We talked with Taylor today. Usually really hate cat shopping and sales people but Taylor was helpful, made us feel comfortable, came off as open and honest. He wasn't our initial contact on the phone but was the person we dealt with… throughout our test drive and talk after. We're meeting him tomorrow to hopefully buy a car.

Best car buying experience ever
by Shavecat on 01/20/2019We came to Dick Hannah Subaru based on the excellent buying experience we received in 2014 from another Dick Hannah lot where we purchased a used Mini Cooper. Isaac greeted us warmly and asked if he could help. He was patient with us as… we decided between a new or used Forester and buying or leasing the car. Isaac went through all the features of the Forester bothe the 2016 used and the new 2019 version. Once we decided on new, he asked our color preference, which was blue and he immediately went to secure the keys. We went for a short test drive and decided on leasing the 2019 Forester. Curtis came over and helped finalize the negotiations very pleasantly, giving us both asks we had which monthly payment and miles per year. After we agreed on terms, the car was washed, vacuumed, filled up with gas, Isaac went over the paperwork included with owners manual. We were then introduced to Chris in finance who walked us through the paperwork seamlessly. Isaac returned and walked us through all the features of the car in an easy to understand manor and scheduled a follow up with Jeremiah to review any questions we may have after two weeks of use. We were there for four hours and never felt rushed nor that it took too long. The service at both Dick Hannah dealerships we have been fortunate to use both gave us superb service and we cannot imagine ever going to another dealership.Car Buying

Thankfully Royal didnâ' just give up and was able to find me my dream car. They had to bring it to me from Tacoma and on the… way got a rock chip on the hood! Very sad. Dick Hannah said that will fix the chip in whichever way works best for me and when it's convenient for me as well. He even climbed on my old car to remove and reattach my Tule in the rain. Wow! Got a great deal and will definitely be coming back… here again for anything else I may need.best experience ever!

If he is any representation of the personalities they hire, I would come back here for every last car I… intend on buying. No pressure, not _much_ hassle (who likes going into debt anyways?), and they gave me every opportunity to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but sometimes what the wife wants is more important if your life goal is to live peacefully.Amazing service!

They weren't pushy or overbearing, but were always available to answer any questions that I had. I didn't feel like I was being hounded or rushed into making a… quick decision. One thing I will say was lacking, is a variety of available vehicles on the lot with different options. It seemed like the new vehicles on hand were low end, mid level to high end with the regular standard options available in their respective classes without much in between. They were able to find the vehicle I wanted at another dealership though and were more than willing to deliver to my door so I could receive before the Christmas holidays. Overall a very pleasant experience that has earned them a repeat customer in the future!New car experience
