Dick Hannah Subaru

I had a wonderful experience with Dick Hannah, specifically Rod. Not only did he spend time with me after the shop closed to finalize my deal but he showed sincerity and care throughout the entire process; even ensuring that my settings were good to go before I left the lot. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decsion—I couldn't speak more highly of him. The four-stars is in relation to the detachment of working with their online department. They didn't seem to be as invested in me or helping me to find a solution.
