My husband and I visited the Portland dealership twice before coming to Dick Hannah and I'm so glad we did. The service in Portland was very strange- we felt pressured, the salesmen talked and cracked jokes so much it felt artificial, and each time we left completely confused. Totally different experience at Dick Hannah! We worked with Royal Tran and noticed right away how friendly, warm and knowledgeable he was. I lot of our confusion about buying a car was not knowing exactly what we wanted. Royal explained all the different options and was able to show us them in person, which for me was incredibly helpful. We ended up buying a car from Royal that same day! I never felt rushed or pressured. I feel happy, excited, relieved and grateful for my experience at Dick Hannah. The manager, Kennedy is also amazing. These guys are so great, feel like family and will make sure you leave happy. Huge thank you to the sales team at Dick Hannah!
