    3 years ago I landed a much sought after deal on an 08 Element. 3 months ago I lost it to a T-boning teenager. After many failed tries to replace it I was about to give up my search. Then, ping, a late night notice came in from 1 of the car search sites I'd used & the next morning I was at AutoNation Spokane Honda meeting Hunter, who had to put in extra effort to help me secure my 06 successor. Both the salesman & the site have won me and my future business!

    i have a 2013 Honda Accord Touring model. I bought thr car in 2013 at VALLEY HONDA and this is the only place I have had work done on the car. I have always been beyond satisfied with every one I worked with there. I highly recommend them.

    We finished our last oil change service at the Honda Autonation in Spokane, WA and as usual we were happy with the transparency and honesty of the service tech. Tim took time to explain the situation and what was needed. They give you the description of what needs to be done by when. This is useful information so that there are no surprise charges.

    The service was good as always, but the price inflation is becoming a burden. Also I really liked the fact that I used to get a car wash with my service, but this courtesy has gone away. I drive 100 miles to get my service at this dealer.

    I was a bit put off at the 2 hour delay that was initially not communicated to me until I asked about an hour in, It was then explained to me that the call center had over booked them and they were also down a couple of associates. I was fine once I knew why the delay. Upon completion it was made aware they would be picking up the cost of my service that day due to the delay and poor communication. I was not expecting and did not ask for this freebie, but they insisted. this is one of the reasons I continue to come to Auto Nation Honda. they are the best, Thank you

    We had a recall on our Pilot regarding some cables in the infotainment system. I explained we were going to be going on a 3,000+ mile road trip in a few weeks, so needed it working. When the part sent to them was damaged in shipping, they quickly got the replacement sent, confirmed it arrived without damage and then got it replaced for us in time for our trip. They took the time to listen and remember why there was some urgency to get it replaced. The crew there truly seem to care.

  • 2010 Honda Pilot Service

    My experience at AutoNation on 6/23/23 was different than my past experiences. It had been a few years since I had my Pilot serviced at AutoNation, so was expecting several issues being recommended for service. My last service at AutoNation was September 2019. In the past there always seemed to be a list of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I always wondered if they were all necessary. I was surprised at my recent visit that there was no list of recommended service for that day, only a recommendation for “services coming up”. I asked when these recommendations should be taken care of and the service tech said within the next year. He also told me that not all of my past service records were in the system. When I came in, I mentioned that a brake light was out. The multi-point inspection indicated all lights as satisfactory. The brake light was not fixed. I was glad that I did not receive a big bill but am concerned my vehicle wasn’t thoroughly checked out. Not sure why my experience was very different than a few years ago. Did you change your business practices or did it have something to do with all of my past services records not being in the system so you didn’t know what had been done when or some other reason?     Faced with a challenging repair not already covered by Honda's repair protocols our local dealer's service department provided us with excellent support during the time our car was in service and they worked well with Honda's national service experts to institute a repair protocol appropriate to our vehicle's complex problem. A very positive experience with a positive and knowledgeable service staff.

    I got a 2000 Crv a couple of years ago. And when I had to get service on my back Break System Last year. They did a great job. Came back for another oil change and they said I need a Valve over gasket replace. So I am getting the parts and then going back to have them do it. Been happy with them and I keep going where I am happy with the service. So yes Thanks again Honda.

  • Still Waiting for a Resolution

    I had to select at least one star - but would rather not have selected any. I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Sonata in January 2023. I immediately noticed a squeak from the front passenger side. The service center has had it in six times to repair the problem - which is under warranty (thank God!); replacing: the strut (twice) the upper and lower control arms, and both ball joints. Good news is the squeak is gone. Bad new is now there is a grinding/rubbing and popping noise instead. Twice a manager/technician told me that I would get a call back to reschedule and even offered a loaner vehicle to help offset the transportation deficit while the car was getting worked on. Twice promised - twice no call back. What is the world do I have to do to get my car repaired?
