AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley
Dealership Service Review
My experience at AutoNation on 6/23/23 was different than my past experiences. It had been a few years since I had my Pilot serviced at AutoNation, so was expecting several issues being recommended for service. My last service at AutoNation was September 2019. In the past there always seemed to be a list of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I always wondered if they were all necessary. I was surprised at my recent visit that there was no list of recommended service for that day, only a recommendation for “services coming up”. I asked when these recommendations should be taken care of and the service tech said within the next year. He also told me that not all of my past service records were in the system. When I came in, I mentioned that a brake light was out. The multi-point inspection indicated all lights as satisfactory. The brake light was not fixed. I was glad that I did not receive a big bill but am concerned my vehicle wasn’t thoroughly checked out. Not sure why my experience was very different than a few years ago. Did you change your business practices or did it have something to do with all of my past services records not being in the system so you didn’t know what had been done when or some other reason?
