onWe had a recall on our Pilot regarding some cables in the infotainment system. I explained we were going to be going on a 3,000+ mile road trip in a few weeks, so needed it working. When the part sent to them was damaged in shipping, they quickly got the replacement sent, confirmed it arrived without damage and then got it replaced for us in time for our trip. They took the time to listen and remember why there was some urgency to get it replaced. The crew there truly seem to care.
