Dealership Service Review
I had to select at least one star - but would rather not have selected any. I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Sonata in January 2023. I immediately noticed a squeak from the front passenger side. The service center has had it in six times to repair the problem - which is under warranty (thank God!); replacing: the strut (twice) the upper and lower control arms, and both ball joints. Good news is the squeak is gone. Bad new is now there is a grinding/rubbing and popping noise instead. Twice a manager/technician told me that I would get a call back to reschedule and even offered a loaner vehicle to help offset the transportation deficit while the car was getting worked on. Twice promised - twice no call back. What is the world do I have to do to get my car repaired?
