The sales and financial team at Eastside Subaru in Kirkland were excellent! Chris (sales) was super communicative throughout and helped me find a vehicle that both suited my needs and fit my budget. Jose (finance) stayed late to process my… purchase since I could only come in the evening due to my work schedule. Great team and excellent customer service:).

Welcoming and helpful experience

Great Customer Service

From VW to Subaru
by Sarah on 04/03/2024Great people. I went in a skeptic after having VW’s since 1972. Eastside Subaru did a superior job of answering questions, helping me make a really great decision. I had been to a couple of other dealerships leading up to this visit and… they left me feeling invisible and sad. Eastside was the opposite. I was greeted immediately as I entered the building and everyone there was knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Great job, from the salesperson to the finance people to the parts people.What a deal!!

Arsen worked with me to take care of my needs and was able to stay within the budget I had initially thought. After sale was even better… since the car had a small scratch on the trunk and was able to drop it off (they even gave me a loaner) and picked up 2 days later fixed. I am extremely happy and highly recommend them.Great Experience!
