I visited their car dealership for 6-monthly Express Oil change service. They turned me away asking me to come with an appointment, since wait times were 4 hours. Next time they did oil change in an hour but refused to do brake fluid flush. Asked me to come next time again. Their charges are $250 - double the typical price for this on internet. The dealership is pretty far from my home, like 10 miles. Its pretty painful to go there repeatedly and waste time for something trivial.
