    The salesperson i worked with was Bain Chiba, who was a pleasure to work. Thank you again for all your help! This is the second car i have purchased from Eastside Subaru and I plan on returning when I need another, they are a great team and provide great support and service.

    I ordered a new car from Eastside Subaru months ago. It just arrived at the dealership yesterday. I asked them what they would give me for my trade and it was $4000 less than Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue. I said I needed to sell my car first to the other store so I could have the money for my down payment and could come in next week to sign paperwork. The salesperson Artur threatened to sell my car to someone else if I didn’t come do paperwork today or tomorrow “to help them close out the month”. I said I would need to take my car to the other place first and I would have to come in next week. Then Yura the general sales manager called me to yell and threaten again to sell my car to someone else if I didn’t come in today or tomorrow, again because "they needed to close the month strong". I understand new cars are at a premium these days but I don’t think it’s fair to get yelled at, and I assumed I would have more than two days to sign paperwork on my new car. I don’t recommend doing business with Eastside Subaru both because of the way I was treated and because of their low trade offer. I had hoped purchasing a new car would be a fun experience but it certainly didn’t turn out that way. Honest pricing and kind treatment exists elsewhere.

    Before I purchased this SUV, for several years, I had owned lexus's. I was always impressed with their service but I have to say East Side Subaru has out classed them. From shuttle service to a restaurant while my car was being service to a video of the sevice being performed.

    Greeted on arrival, car taken immediately. Chose not to stay but sorry we hadn't as the waiting room was very pleasant. Received a video of the service before pick-up. Back at dealer, check out was easy. Whole service took one hour, fifteen minutes: exactly as specified at arrival. Car was clean and in good shape. Thanks!

    Every time we bring our Sub into Eastside it's a very good experience. On one issue they saved us a lot of money when they didn't need to. Everyone is very pleasant. No dealership runs smoother.

    Eastside Subaru has again provided quick service. They provided me with a video showing their pre-service inspection. Tony was the energetic person at the counter who kept me informed on how the service was going. I was in and out in at most 45 minutes. I'll take my Subaru Forester to Eastside Subaru for future service .

    Friendly and Professional... No high pressure sales tactics. Our salesperson, Bain at Eastside Subaru in Kirkland, WA, was easy to work with and very patient as we selected and negotiated our new Outback. Highly recommend.

    I went for a test drive of a Subaru Outback since a got a call from the dealer saying that I can come between 12 and 3 pm for a test drive .But when I reached my there the sales person had another appointment coming up and she was extremely rude saying that whoever scheduled this don’t have her schedule .She then arranged the car for test drive and said I need to take the car alone for the test drive and nobody will accompany .I felt very bad and said I don’t want to do it that way and left

    I want to give a special thanks and shout out to Jake! I’ve worked with Jake for over 4 years now and he is honest, trusting and truly cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond and I couldn’t thank him enough for the support he has given me while going through a difficult issue with my car. Another shout out to Dave, who I haven’t had the opportunity to work with until now, but has also been reliable and kept me informed on the service my car is getting. They both made right by a pretty crappy situation I’m dealing with with Subaru, and I truly appreciate their help and support. Eastside subaru is lucky to have people like Jake and Dave. Thank you both!

    Steven was great to work with. He was kind and knowledgeable. I never felt uncomfortable or under pressure to buy a car. He was easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with him.

    Had an absolutely stellar experience leasing my wife's 2019 Outback today. My wife and I had worked with Jethro Ansell a few years ago before our son was born. It did not work out that time because we chose to lease a different brand, but I was so impressed with his straightforward pricing and customer-centric focus that we stayed in touch. In fact, I referred a few customers over to him that I know had been looking and they were thrilled as well. Fast forward to today, we are coming up on the final stretch the of the lease we acquired a few years ago. We knew exactly what we wanted and I realized fairly last minute that pricing on 2019 Outback was likely the best we'd see. I saw that Eastside had exactly what my wife wanted in stock so I sent Jethro an email. He called me back 10 minutes later, we talked through the deal, and came to an agreement in less than 30 seconds. I also found out he was promoted to manager - so he approved the deal but would be handing me off to another rep. I did the credit app and 15 minutes after that we had packed up my kid and headed over to the dealer. On arrival, Jayme Lovatt greeted us and had the car parked out front. We did a quick walk around and a couple small items had to be cleaned up. We went inside and I signed the initial paperwork. Jayme did the delivery with my wife while I was able to let my son play in the shockingly well-stocked kids area. Most car dealers are not kid or pet friendly. Eastside seems to be just the opposite - welcoming, if not encouraging. After a short wait, I was in finance and it was very low pressure. I felt like the Finance Manager really had my best interests at heart and was very respectful when I declined (even if she thought I was nuts!). All told we were in and out in under 90 minutes. My wife is thrilled and I'm thrilled. Thanks so much to Jethro, Jayme, and the whole Eastside Subaru team. A truly top notch experience.

    My mom was having surgery today and while she was having surgery, I blew my tire on the side of the road. Everywhere I called either didn’t have the tire or said they were too busy. I called here and they said to bring it down, they would get it done. I came in super flustered because I needed to pick up my mom from the hospital quickly and Alex took care of us. He said he would call when there finished and said about an hour. It was ready 45 minutes later. Thank you Alex for saving my day!!!

    The service here is horrible. They treat you very bad especially if they find out you like one of their cars. They gave us a very bad pricing for our car and made us call them multiple times until we gave up almost to make a deal. Brandon Bitser was our agent and he gave us one of the most terrible services ever. Highly recommend not to go here. Edited: After a month of purchase, my car tyre was punctured. Took it to Les schwab to fix it. They told me that the tyres were factory tyres from the original purchase. Brandon told me the tyres were changed recently. They cheated us! Do not go here! Bad Service and Money grabbing!

    I recently purchased a 2019 Crosstrek from Eastside Subaru. I dealt with Mark who was extremely helpful and immediately offered to order the exact car I wanted. He was very open with pricing and gave me an excellent deal. This was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Eastside and Mark!

    As far as common maintenance is concerned, going to the dealer isn't a negative experience. A professional staff plus a comfortable atmosphere and that new car smell.

    The service department at Eastside Subaru has been fantastic during the 2 years we have owned our Forrester. They are able to schedule our service around a time that works for us and they get the work done in a timely manner.
