Eastside Subaru

While car shopping, I found the exact car + trim I was looking for at Eastside Subaru. I had done a lot of research when I received a tempting quote on a brand new Crosstrek from them. I worked with salesman Arsen, who was waiting for me outside when I arrived; I was full of anxiety, since I knew, he knew I was driving a long distance to see the car. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. I had a private test drive (no salesperson in my ear yelling specs I already knew, which I had encountered at other dealerships while on test drives). I had plenty of time to inspect the car; Arsen was present nearby if I had questions, but not overwhelming. I purchased the car at the exact price that was quoted. Some back and forth on warrenty and other additional stuff, but the deal was done in probably 30 minutes. I ended up with a gorgeous new Subaru Crosstrek. Arsen made sure to inform me of all the extras (ex classes to learn about the car) and made sure I was comfortable for the first ride home; he was very professional and polite throughout the process.
