    I recently bought an used car from them. The treatment I received from Francis & Perry was very good. They suggested to slightly increase my budget in exchange for a much better car than I wanted to buy. Though it was very late in the night (almost 11 PM) on a saturday evening, they patiently did all paper work clarifying all my questions & giving appropriate suggestions. Though the APR initially estimated was high, eventually I got the most competitive rate. Overall, it was a very good experience and I think we got the best deal in buying our 2005 Honda Civic. I will refer my friends here.

    Klein Honda had an incentive event. We bit. We didn't win the Civic Hybrid giveaway (of course), and they were out of the free umbrellas as well, dang it. We thought we could at least come away with the free umbrella. We didn't hold out much hope on finding a used van, the inventory on used Odysseys was sparse after their apparently successful sale. Gobs of new Odysseys, though. That's when we met Francis, who took us across the street to the used car lot. Luckily there sat exactly what we were looking for: a 04' Odyssey in nice shape, and the sale price was reasonable (according to Kelly Bluebook). Lucky for us because there were only two vans there that met our criteria. Francis was great. He helped transfer all the stuff from the old van to the new, and even danced for the kids a bit, stayed late to finish the deal, too. Klein didn't quite meet what we thought our trade was worth, but the amount was good enough to take. When it was time for the paperwork to be processed, they took into account that we had two very tired toddlers on our hands and hurried to get us through the signing. The next morning, in the light of day, we found two issues with the new van that we thought we'd have to deal with, and we weren't looking forward to returning to Klein--a bad battery and so-so tires. The battery turned out to be so bad that it couldn't start the van after we got it home, and one of the tires looked like it had been sidewall slashed. When we returned to Klein with these two issues, Francis and Terry Flores handled the problems without hesitation. They gave us a new Honda battery and changed out the tires from our old van (good tires) without blinking an eye. Nice. The only thing that could have made it better is if those problems had been taken care of prior to putting the van on the lot. Our next car will most likely come from Klein. Oh, and we found one of those free Klein Honda umbrellas at the used lot office. Bingo!

    My husband and I went from Fife to Everett and several dealers in between, and we got the best deal at Klein Honda. I sent out several e-mails and Adam responded. I did everything over the internet and it was very convenient. Adam always responded to all of my e-mails quickly and I appreciated that. Once everything was settled I went to the dealership where I had the pleasure of meeting Sean Green. He was professional, not an annoying aggressive dealer. I had the best experience with this dealership and I will be giving them my future business. I also love my new car.

    Saturday we went to Klein Honda to look at Honda Civics. Sean had given me some great prices in an email. When we got there we were unsure of whether we would purchase a civic hybrid, a coupe or a sedan. We drove the Hybrid and looked at the coupes and the sedans. We hadn't considered buying used but Sean showed us a 2008 civic sedan with just 10000 miles on it, so we took it for a drive. Then the decision was which one or which color was right for us. Sean pointed out that the honda certified used car actually had a better warranty than the new cars and was very honest about other questions that we had. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. We decided on the used civic; it just made the most sense for us. The only thing that seemed a little wierd was when we were signing papers they offered us a bumper to bumper extended warranty for $1,400 something and we declinded; when we were all done signing papers the business guy said that they had this special going on and that he could give us the extended warranty for 30% off. It seemed like if he could offer 30% off at the end he should have offered it at the beginning. All in all the whole car buying experience at Klein Honda was great. Would certainly send my friends to Sean to buy their next car. We love the car' have driven 240 plus miles and still have a 1/2 tank of gas.

    I recommend Klein Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car, the whole process of buying a new car was enjoyable, more specific I recommend my sales associate Todd Kummelman, he was very helpful and from the very beginning when I sent a request for a quote by e-mail he answered all my questions in a personalize way and really fast, I also liked the fact that I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything I didn't want to buy, he showed me all the options and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision but without any pressure. I bought the car I wanted and I am very happy with it, definitely taking my car to Klein Honda for all the scheduled services and I'll recommend this dealer and this sales associate to everyone I know.

    I worked with Sean Green to buy my Element. He was very helpful and seem motivated to help me get a good deal. He is the internet manager and I contacted he via an add on cars.com. After the sale he has encourage me to stay in touch and to ask questions. I highly recommend him.

    When we purchased our new 2009 Black Accord --it was the most WONDERFUL experiance ever!! Sean Green (there internet manager) WAS THE BEST!!! I have never ever had such and really neat personal & caring salesman EVER! HE WAS THE BEST!! AND my 2-DOOR BLK BEAUTY is just like it says BLK BEAUTY, ONLY WHEN IT IS NOT SNOWING OR RAINING OUT! I would personally recommend talking to Sean Green for ANY OF YOUR HONDA'S NEEDS! KLEIN HONDA & SALES MANAGER MARK IS PRETTY AWESOME TOO! This is our 3rd car purchase from them and BOY WHAT A TEAM!!     Klein Honda was the third Honda dealership I went to while shopping for a Pilot. I had a great experience with Sean Green. I felt like everyone at the dealership was very honest and the negotiations were straight forward. I highly recommend this dealership.

    I had carefully researched the details, test drove several competitors, and decided on the exact model/trim level I wanted (Odyssey EX-L w/ Navi & DVD). I requested "best price" bids from 9 Honda dealers around the Puget Sound region. KLEIN HONDA (Sean Green, Internet Manager) responded within an hour and offered the low bid -- surprising, considering he had to bring the exact color I wanted (on a dealer trade) from hundreds of miles across the state. He had the car on site within 24 hours, and spent at least 90 minutes carefully going over every function and feature of the car with us when we arrived. He offered add-on accessories (at a small discount), but never pressured anything and readily accepted "no" for an answer. The entire operation was as painless as an auto purchase is likely to ever be.

    My new car purchase experience was fantastic. I gave the salesperson which car type I was looking for and he found the perfect one. He ansered all my questions and even gave me very usefull insights. I drove almost 40 miles one way because of an excellant recommendation. I really enjoyed my whole experience because of the honesty, respect and people skills the salesperson had. I purchased a new vehicle because of the excellant price, service and great time I had with the salesperson. I had talked to other salespeople from other dealers, there was no comparison. I highly recommend purchase a vehile here.

    My wife and I went in to Klein as second time return customers recently and purchased 2 2009 Civics. We dealt with Sean Green and from the very beginning felt very comfortable. Klein Honda has never had that icky, slickster, high pressure car dealership feel to it. The sales people we have dealt with have been very helpful, genuine, low pressure and considerate. Sean Green exemplifies these qualities. We had the feeling that he really was wanting to hear what we were saying, and that he would do everything in his power to meet our needs and reach a deal that we were all comfortable with (which we did!). Klein also has a very large and diverse selection of new, certified used and used vehicles. The hospitality and class provided by both Sean and Klein Honda in general are unmatched in our experience of car buying. This dealership is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommended that you seek out Sean Green & Klein Honda for your next Honda purchase.

    After an accident that totalled out my car, I was forced to search for and purchase a new vehicle within an EXTREMELY short period of time. After a pretty basic Internet search, I decided that Klein Honda would be the best place to start. We'd purchased a car there a few years ago and had a good experience, so it seemed like a good decision. I contacted and met with a wonderful salesperson, Rich Leavitt, and within a matter of 48 hours, was driving home in my dream car. He listened to exactly what I wanted, pointed me to a 3 year old Honda Pilot, did NOT pressure me in any way, shape, or form (which as a woman car buyer is VERY rare) - and helped set us up for better financing than I thought possible on a used car. There were a few items that needed to be taken care of after the sale and he followed up on those, made sure they were taken care of in a timely fashion and in a manner that certainly met our standards. Rich and all of the people at Klein were great to deal with and I would certainly recommend them to anyone I knew looking for a new or used car. They were even very child friendly on the day we went in to sign the papers - providing games and coloring books for our kids! Should we be in the market for another Honda down the road, Klein Honda will be our starting point.

    I spent over a month going to all the Puget Sound dealerships in search of the Honda Element that I was interested in buying. I was treated like I was too old to buy an Element at one dealership and at another I was asked to purchace the car that day and then refinance it in a week which is when my downpayment would be accessable, like I was some idiot. I called and compared pricing and tried to negotiate the best price possible and Sean Green is the person who made it happen. He is a no pressure guy that loves to make you laugh and have fun. I negoticated a price over the phone and then came the next day, and the car was not availible but he got me the same car that we had agreed upon for the same price and it was on the showroom floor when I got there. I was thinking this could be a "bait and switch" but to my surprise it was a straightforward deal just as Sean had promised! I was very pleased with the bottom line. SEAN YOU TOTALLY ROCK!

    It took 2-years & multiple visits to dealers before finally purchasing my 2009 Civic EX. With dealers quoting inflated prices over MSRP, one price over e-mail and another when you arrive on the lot, or not wanting to show their hand at all until they know the best price you've received so far, Sean Green was a breath of fresh air. I never would have contacted a dealer 2-hours away had I not seen the great reviews on Edmunds. Everything good said about Klein Motors and Sean---Ditto. He offered a fair deal right up front. He was open, honest, responsive and great to deal with. We basically concluded the entire purchase via internet and over the phone. I planned to sell my old Accord privately given the ridiculous low price offered by a local dealer. However, before leaving with our new Civic, Sean suggested I should ask their appraiser how much they would offer for the car. While I loved my old Accord and knew I could get more selling it myself, again Klein Motors came through by offering twice what my local dealer had offered when they knew up front it made no difference to the sell of a new car. We happily drove off the lot in a single car. I love my new Civic EX and the buying experience at Klein. Both Klein Auto and Sean have earned my respect, support and loyalty.

    After much research and consideration of many cars, the Honda Fit was decided on to meet the needs. As Honda has yet to catch up to demand, Fits are hard to find, but Sean Green was able promptly to find one that met the specifications requested. Sean Green immediately responded to the inquiry, went out of his way to accommodate the requests. He proved to be very knowledgeable, made the sale process pleasant and seem reasonable. Sean Green seemed to be very familiar with the Fit. Other salesmen have left me wondering if I don't know more about the car being sold than they do. I did not feel this way w/Sean Green. He made the whole process very comfortable and informative. Sean made himself accessible even when not formally at "work" to make sure all issues if any would be promptly attended to. A great experience was had.

    My husband and I recently moved into the Seattle area from California. We had a Honda Pilot that needed to be serviced. The service light alert popped up in the dash and we did not know where to take our Pilot in for servicing. I started to search for recommended local Honda dealers on google.com and city search and noticed that I had a couple of choices, but I wanted to get my Pilot serviced by a reputable dealer. So I read several dealer reviews and decided to go with the dealer that had the most positive feedback. I wanted to be certain that I was going to be treated well and receive a fair price because in the past I was taken advantage of. (I will not provide the dealer name that did this to me in California). The recommended dealer was Klein Honda, so I called them up and scheduled an appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Klein Honda promptly greeted me and asked if I wanted a shuttle ride or wait in the lounge until my car was done. I thought that was just wonderful that they gave me options. I decided to wait and the car was serviced faster then expected. At checkout when paying for my bill they asked me if I was a Klein Honda rewards card member. I replied no and then my service advisor proceeded to explain the details of the program. He showed me how I can save a lot of money today and on every service visit. I decided to register for the program and my bill was cut in half. I remembered that everyone I came into contact with at Klein was happy and energetic. I had a great experience with this dealer and will return in the future when my Pilot needs more servicing.

    My experience began by filling out a request for information at Edmunds.com. No sooner had I submitted the request than I received a phone call from Sean Green at Klein Honda. He was friendly, professional, understood my requirements, and had a car that would suit my needs. We set an appointment for Saturday at Noon and were on our way. Saturday at Noon found me at Klein Honda. Sean and I met and he took me over to the car. Sean took me through all the features, we examined the car from stem to stern, and then went for the test drive. Needless to say the car, a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid, was clean, responsive, had the features I was looking for, and easily passed the test drive experience. We discussed the concerns I had about making the deal, the requirements I needed in order to make the deal successful, and then went back to the showroom to get my questions answered and see if we could make a deal. Long story short, my questions were answered, we went back and forth until we reached the deal I wanted, and I got a car that I was very happy with. Sean asked me if I would give him three names as a referral, and I said I would give him 10. This was not your standard car buying experience, and I would highly recommend Sean Green and Klein Honda to anyone. I would also like to commend the Finance department for their service. They were thorough and professional, showed us the ins and outs of various services they were offering, and helped us to make an informed decision. To summarize, I would highly recommend Sean Green and Klein Honda to anyone. Thanks for the great service, and I look forward to continuing this relationship for years to come.

    I had spent my entire Saturday driving around to different car lots and dealing with the wonderful traffic of todays society to come up empty handed on buying a car. I went back home tired and highly frustrated in my attempt to find the next dream car. The entire experience just sucked. I wondered if it was worth the hassle to buy my first vehicle. I seriously thought about just buying a bicycle and taking the city transit bus. So Sunday morning I had enough encouragement to try again. This time I decided to try my hometown Everett and stay away from mainstream Seattle area. At the time I thought that I could get a better deal in Seattle, but soon realized this was not the case. So I drove to several local car dealers and was still not "wowed!" Then I stumbled upon Klein Honda in Everett and felt at ease. The atmosphere was different and it just fitted my personality. It could have been the helpful salesman ( ex Nordstrom employee) so he knew what customer service was about. So I got along with him great. We started looking at some cars and then suddenly, I saw it. It was perfect and I told him that this is finally the one. It was a black Honda Accord with tinted windows. Man it looked aggressive, I had to have it. So we talked numbers and came to an agreement that fit my budget. It was actually all pretty easy. I just wanted to tell me story and thank Klein Honda for helping me find that perfect first car. Thanks again and I do recommend Klein Honda to everyone! I am sending my grandma there for sure

    As a first time car buyer I was pretty intimidated by the whole process and was a bit afraid I would be taken advantage of, and/or swindled into spending too much money. I had been to a few other used car dealers before Klein Honda, and left them all feeling I was pretty much a big $$ sign to the vultures I talked to. By the time I got to Klein Honda, I pretty much knew the car I wanted to buy and they didn't have one in stock yet. I was immediately directed to their main car buyer (Chris) who proceeded to find the car within a week and had it at the dealership a week after that which impressed me quite a bit. Compared to other dealers who just tried to convince me to buy something already on their lot, I couldn't ask for more. On top of this, the car was right in the price range I had specified and in great condition. I took a night to think it over and do some last minute research on the vehicle, then went in to buy it the next day. Bottom line - the customer service I received was top of the line. All transactions were handled smoothly and professionally by every staff member I dealt with. And, after doing my research I know I received a very fair deal on the car.

    A few weeks ago my car was totaled by an uninsured driver, so needless to say I wasn't thrilled with the idea of shopping for a new car. After not having any luck at one dealership (and being called 7+ times in less than 24hrs by the annoying car salesman), I drove up to Klein Honda. Sean Green greeted me right away and was very helpful from the start. Sean was willing to show me a variety of Hondas-- new and used-- and didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want. He took the time to ask questions about what was important to me and made sure that I got the car that was right for me. He went over all the features of the Civic with me and even showed me how to correctly change a tire! All in all, it turned out to be a pleasant experience and I'm happy I bought my car from Sean. Hopefully I won't need another new car for a long time but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Klein Honda.

    We were very satisfied with our experience today. Our sales person, Sean Green, was helpful, friendly and managed to find the right balance of trying to make a sale and not be too pushy. We came in knowing we wanted to purchase a 2008 CRV LX and had done a fair amount of research in advance which helped our decision process go smoothly. Sean did show us some of the upgrades available on the EX model (some of which were very nice) but when we made it clear we weren't interested in moving to this model he accepted it with grace. The car we purchased is great and a lot of fun to drive. We felt that the price was fair and they gave us a reasonably good deal on our trade-in (a 1998 Odyssey), especially given the gas prices and the overall economy. Our experience with the business manager (Jack?) was also one of the better ones we've had, given the necessity of all the paperwork involved in buying and trading in cars. We were able to take advantage of a national Honda incentive on interest rates which made this a little more affordable than it would have a couple months ago.
