    Rick was my salesman he had the vehicle ready for test drive when I arrived and then we sat down after the test drive got right to point of vehicle price and trade value. Was very quick and to the point no hassle. Kevin in finance was great also right to the point and made the deal work with some negotiation. Vehicle was shined up and ready to go after deal was made. Excellent experience

    I just bought a new 2024 F-150 Hybrid from Koons Sterling Ford in VA. Bilal Naeem was my sales person. He is GREAT!! This gentleman showed me all the features, helped my get the keypad setup, gave me a great test drive explained all of the different drive modes, and allowed me to try all of the drive modes. His calm demeanor was refreshing to the New Truck Buying Experience. He was assisted by Hamza Imran (ALSO AMAZING!!) who has been our long term sales person there but now that he is behind the Sales Manager desk, I am very proud of him and he deserves it!! Bilal Naeem kept me in my price range, he then got me hooked up with Kevin Acevedo (who was also great) Kevin handled the financing and got me approved through Ford Finance.) Bilal Naeem has exceeded my expectations even after the sale. He has reached out to me on several occasions to see how things have been going. Where Bilal was GREAT!? We had a weird noise in the new truck which service was able to find and fix the first time. (A shout out and thank you to the service team, Nathan and Chris Ford's Service Techs for that!) When I experienced the strange noise and notified Bilal Naeem, Bilal immediately took action and arranged for me to come and do a test drive with him. I was late arriving due to service calls I was running that day but Bilal Naeem stayed late too to drive around with me to hear the noise and when we decided to drop it with service, yes it was late like past the Sales Offie Hours, he asked me if he could drive me home so I didn't need to put anyone out to come and get me from the dealership! I was so impressed with this suggestion since my wife was also working late! I was considering Uber, but Bilal offered this and I gratefully accepted the offer. He dropped me off and told me not to worry about it he will handle submitting the truck into the service department. We got the truck back and it has been perfect since. Bilal Naeem, you are GREAT!! You will make if very far in your industry with such unconditional customer service tactics. Koons Sterling Ford in VA you have a gem in your hands! Koons Sterling Ford in VA has me very happy! Thank You All!!!

    GREG IS THE MAN!!! Drove 3 hours each way to do business with him because Koons price was the best and the customer service was A1 and second to none. A dealership near me wouldn't even send me a picture and Greg sent me not one but TWO custom videos. I would take the drive again for my next car.

    I had a specific vehicle that I needed. A specific price I needed to hit. Still got a deal done in under an hr. Only had to compromise on the color, because I wanted a specific package and didn’t want to wait. Fantastic experience from Sales thru financing and vehicle delivery. Highly recommend working with these folks.

    At first I really enjoyed working with our salesman Claude when purchasing an Explorer. However my feelings changed when they let us leave the lot with nearly balled tires. After getting an inspection and the repairman being very concerned, he strongly recommended bringing it back to the dealership immediately to have them help fix the situation and work with us to get new tires at a discounted rate for safety reasons. The “Sales Manager” Shah Raufi, who’s business card sates Finance Manager (interesting)was extremely disrespectful and condescending it trying to upcharge me in the cost of the tires and the cost of labor. When calling another Ford dealership for tire cost and labor cost it came in hundreds of dollars cheaper. Not only did they not get to fix their morally wrong sales but they also tried to scam more money out of the situation. You’re telling me your dealership can’t afford $400 for the safety of its customers when they never should’ve have let that car off the lot. Unacceptable.

    Go in there with no intention of financing through them, have done your research, know what you want, be polite but insistent. I got a good deal but I had to do arm twisting to make them fix the problems that didn’t let my vehicle pass inspection. They’ll say they’re not being pushy or trying to upsell you when they do both of those things. I wanted to come into this dealer twice (once to test drive, once to buy) and I came in four times. When I pointed out the necessary repairs on my third visit, one of the sales managers tried to gaslight me and tell me there was nothing wrong and that the fact sheets that laid out in explicit detail what was wrong with the car were not valid. I flatly pointed out that the issues were undeniably there, he acknowledged, and they got to fixing my car the next day despite me needing it the same day, the service center being open until 7 officially when they said it closed at 5. Not gonna lie, I will not be coming here again.

  • Mixed feelings

    Bought a used car on Friday, Sep 1, 2023 that requires an electric charging cable. It was missing from the car. Manager said he'd look around and see if they had one. Then I sat down with the salesman to discuss the price and was told they don't haggle, etc. I pointed out that my loan approval was for a few hundred less than the total after taxes, so I needed them to work with me. I simply didn't have the extra money at this point. They wouldn't budge, so my son and I walked out. While i was still in my car trying to call my husband, the salesman came to find me and said they could come down a little bit., but not the full amount I needed. I figured out a way to make it work. A little while later, the salesman approached me and said that as a gift, they were going to order 4 new tires. The process was talking a while (I'm leaving out irrelevant stuff), so I was thinking that overall, this is going well. I sent my son home with my car, and was waiting for the one there to be ready. After 5.5 hours total, I was tired and hungry and finally drove home. The next morning we had to return so that my husband could sign his part of the paperwork. At that point it was made clear that they would provide either the charging cable, OR the tires! I was under the impression that both were happening. He tried to make it seem as if I was the one trying to be unreasonable. Iasked them to order the charging cable, as it would be cheaper for them to do so, then for me. Nope. After another 30 minutes of going back and forth, they found another used car on the lot that had one. In the end, I got what I had expected, but it took way too long and was exhausting, arguing my point. I did ask if they could send the tires to the Woodbridge location, which is only 10 mins from me, but they refused. So I'll have to drive another 90 minutes later in the week to get them mounted when they come in. How easy would it have been to send the tires to the Woodbridge location? Overall, not the worst transaction, but has given me a poor opinion of their commitment to helping their customers. Oh, and if you buy a plug in Honda from there anytime soon, the charging cable is gone... sorry....

  • Stay Away - Shady!

    I will start with the positives first, both gentleman in the financing department were extremely easy to talk to, respectful & knew what they were talking about. Now for the cons, Initially, both my husband and I were looking in the lot however 2 separate employees came out to greet “us” but passed right by me first to go talk to my husband. It’s 2023. Why are we still not assuming women know what they are talking about or have any say? Very irritating. Once we found a vehicle the sales person helping us was friendly however he stated very blatant lies and was shocked I was the one asking questions and doing the negotiating. We stayed several times we did not want the extra protection coat that they offer yet it was still put on. That’s fine as far as their error going in our favor but they kept pressuring us to purchase it because they had already put it on, when we clearly stated several times - no. Our trade in value at other dealerships and from my intense research should have been around 11,000 however they only offered 8,500. I was the told it would be sent to auction which I told him was a lie and not true. Sure enough two days later I checked the website and it was listed on their website for 15,000. Again clearly thinking I’m dumb, when clearly I was correct. Then once purchased, later that week we already had major mass flow sensor issues and it stalled out several times…. we had to have that fixed. All in all, wouldn’t go back and I am advising friends who have been interested in going, to stay far away!
