My husband and I like our experience at Koons Ford Sterling , Virginia because of how friendly and professional sales agent/product specialist Bilal N was. From the moment we walked in without an appointment on a busy weekend afternoon, Bilal made us feel welcome and was very helpful. We went home happy that day even though we didn’t purchase a car until a day later.
