Audio Volume Control Problem
by TedSpar on 07/28/2025Had a very strange problem with the audio control in the CRV. Volume went from zero ( no volume), and went to max Volume by merely going to Volume (1) setting. Although service 2as not able to recreate the issue, service department was… very responsive to my needs. Still have concerns about "what's next" if problem returns. AC Service visit - Civic

The AC stopped working in our Civic and (in the middle of a heat wave) I was… able to book a same-day appointment later that afternoon. It was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pick up 2.5 hours later and I got updates during the process. Drop-off was easy. Pick up was easy. Problem was solved. No junk fees were added to the bill. Need a New Dealership
by TheO8436 on 05/23/2025Buying a 2 2025 Hondas in the fall of 2024 was fairly easy process thanks to Sam Chowdhury, The only issue with the sales process was the finance office - even though I paid cash - the figured out how to screw the sale up. Now the Service… Department is another story. First you call for service and you get a representative in a call center. Their knowledge and understanding is less than desirable. Next you have to deal with your dealership representative - their customer service skills are not to a standard that is acceptable. Always in a rush and too busy to answer questions and explain issues. I will be trying to find another dealership to service my cars in the future. by EdiliaV on 05/22/2025I brought my CRV for oil change, several minutes later after I left I get a call telling me the key is not working and they’re unable to turn the car on. I bring my extra key from home and they do the service. When I asked what happened to… the key, they said they don’t know that it’s not the battery, the key might need to be reprogrammed. I was told to bring my key next time and they’ll reprogram it for $84. I asked why they didn’t reprogram it, and got no answer, I brought my car and key working fine and now have to pay for it.Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Last minute service request

Transmission Issue Resolved with help from AutoNation Honda Dulles!
by post_VA on 12/13/2023My 2018 Honda Pilot Elite (9-speed automatic) with just 90k miles (and 5 years) threw 3 error codes and went into limp mode without warning (no indications of any issues). I brought the vehicle to AutoNation Honda Dulles and the techs… indicated it was time to "replace" the the transmission since they are not authorized by Honda to actually "service" it. The vehicle was no longer under warranty and I had my Pilot serviced exclusively at Honda dealerships since new (completing all recommended services), and there was never an indication this was going to happen. I had 4 options: 1) Pay ~$10k for a new tranny; 2) Pay ~$7k for a remanufactured tranny; 3) trade it; or 4) bring it to a transmission specialist like AAMCO for further assessment. Fortunately, Mike H (my Service Rep) and Dave W (the Service Director) came to my rescue. Given my faithful service record with Honda and the premature failure of my transmission, they offered to pick up 90% of the cost of option #2 above! Wow, I had never heard of a company being so generous! I immediately took them up on the offer. While I had wait a while for the replacement transmission to arrive (over the Thanksgiving Holiday period), I was extremely happy with the result. In fact, the replacement transmission resolved an (unserviceable) issue that I had with my original 9-speed tranny - an intermittent hard shift (jerk) from 1st to 2nd - BONUS! My wife has never been happier with her car and we are very happy with the Service Department at AutoNation Honda Dulles. Thanks Mike and Dave! We recommend all our friends take their Hondas to you for service and will continue to be loyal customers.Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us.
