Audio Volume Control Problem

onHad a very strange problem with the audio control in the CRV. Volume went from zero ( no volume), and went to max Volume by merely going to Volume (1) setting. Although service 2as not able to recreate the issue, service department was very responsive to my needs. Still have concerns about "what's next" if problem returns. But based on past experience, I believe Honda will do whatever is right to rectify the issue.
